This hot pizza model guarantees a successful software launch
Introducing new (presentation) software in a company is always a challenge. After all, not only must the team be brought on board, but a stable structure must also be created. Above all, the question of how to get off to the right start and how to achieve the goal as quickly, safely and sustainably as possible is a headache for many teams and companies. To help our customers overcome all hurdles with ease, we have derived a comprehensive guide for the perfect start into the world of presono from our years of active project support - and it is as uncomplicated as the recipe for a do-it-yourself pizza!
Imagine you are really in the mood for pizza. Then you can either enjoy the all-round service at the best Italian in town, or realize yourself at the stove under the guidance of your favorite recipe. The latter not only has the advantage of giving you a pizza that is exactly what you want, but more importantly, it allows you to involve friends and family in your creation and really understand the process of making pizza from the basics to the finished product. And on top of that, you'll also save a lot of money.
This is exactly how our pizza model works, making the implementation of a complex platform like presono a breeze: first, we show you how to prepare the dough as the perfect base, how to optimally select your individual ingredients, how to then top, bake, slice and enjoy the pizza.
Guide to the perfect implementation of your presentation software
This process thus guides you through the entire implementation of our presentation software, from defining your goal, project team and schedule, to preparing content and structuring, to filling the tool with content.
Detailed descriptions as well as helpful instructions, document templates, training videos, knowledge databases, checklists, tips and tricks help you to set up presono without any problems and to serve it fresh to your team like a hot, crispy pizza at the end. The fact that you also save yourself many helpful hours of consulting services from the presono team is the cherry on top. Or should we better say the extra portion of cheese in mozzarella heaven?
Successful project management for all company sizes
Of course, you can also use our pizza model to commission an agency or hand over individual parts of the implementation phase to an agency or the presono team. Depending on your needs and the size of your company, we provide our project management guide as a comprehensive Overall-Guide (88 pages), as a Quick-Guide (15 pages) and as a Super-Quick-Guide (5 pages). We will now show you what the five phases of our pizza model look like in a short overview.

Introduction and Onboarding
In the first step, you will receive a crisp overview of all project phases in addition to an explanation of the pizza model. A personal onboarding video from our team and inspiring showcase videos are already included here!
Phase 1: Project start
When you finally get around to baking your pizza, the first item on the kitchen table is the preparation of the dough. In the case of your software implementation, this means clarifying the framework conditions and defining and informing the appropriate team so that the project can be structured and planned.
Phase 2: Structuring and content
The next step is to choose the ingredients for your pizza. The idea here is to create clarity about the content and fix a structure that everyone involved can refer back to again and again during the implementation process. An important point here is, among other things, the choice of the best type of presentation for you.
Phase 3: Organization in the tool
A topping that is individually tailored to your wishes and preferences is what makes your pizza a real treat. In this phase, it is therefore a matter of clarifying the organization in the tool. In addition to categories and workspaces, user rights and storage guidelines are defined here.
Phase 4: Implementation in presono
In the next step you can put your pizza into the oven. Your previously planned structures and content can thus be implemented in our presentation software, whereby the defined guidelines should be adhered to at all times.
Phase 5: Finalization and launch
Now you can slice and distribute your hot, crispy pizza. This means that you can now get all presono users who were not in the core team of the launch phase into the system and train them.
Offboarding
Finally, you can enjoy your delicious smelling pizza together with your team. Appropriately, you can find final tips for the current project in our guide. Our team also reveals how you can efficiently repeat this for another use case in a personal offboarding video.
We hope this guide has prepared you well for your start in the world of presono. Ingredients for 4 pizzas:
- 460 ml cold water
- 20 g fine salt
- 1 g fresh yeast
- 700 g (pizza) flour
Preparation of the Napoletan pizza dough:
- Dissolve the yeast in the water
- Add first third of flour and mix
- Add second third of flour and mix
- Now add the salt and the rest of the flour
- Put on the work surface and knead well for 20 minutes
- Put olive oil in your hands and beat some air into the dough
- Let the dough ball rest covered for 15 minutes
- Knead again briefly and let rise covered in a bowl at room temperature for 18 hours
- Divide the dough into 4 balls (approx. 280 g each)
- To prevent the dough from sticking, again put a little olive oil on your hands, beat air into the dough and then shape into balls
- In the last step, put the dough balls in a container, close it airtight and let it rise at room temperature for about 5-6 hours
- Now the perfect Napoletan pizza dough is ready to be spread and topped with your favorite ingredients!
